Hands down, the best BBQ in the area. There were 2 other local places I have been in the area and the comparison isn't even close. I had the ribs and sausage and the brisket was sold out which is always a good sign. The meat was decent size and fairly priced and the sides were good too. Not only the food, the customer service was top notch -- I will be returning for sure.

Awesome BBQ !!! If you ever get stuck here because of the train , Do yourself the favor and come on in here , The Food is Delicious since 1955, Also say hi to Rachel shes incredible

This is a great BBQ place. The brisquit is perfect and the sides have flavor. It is a "hole in the wall" place with character and good service and staff. They close around 2 pm, so you have to get there for lunch. Worth the stop...

We just happened upon this little place while traveling and decided to give it a try. I kid you not, the smoke flavor in their brisket is beyond amazing. The meat on their ribs just fall off the bone. We try BBQ joints all across the country and this one is on the top of our favorites. However, what I liked the most is the hospitality of the employees. Job well done guys!

Coming from Georgia I have a pretty high bar for BBQ and this place excels! Smelled great just walking in, greeted by a super friendly lady at the counter and my food came out in a couple minutes. Everything was really good, will go again.

This place is so good. I had to leave a review, I’ve never left a review. I had the 2 meat plate brisket and ribs with greens and beans. The sides are simple but the ribs were perfectly seasoned and fell off the bone, lots of flavor and the brisket is moist and flavorful. Do yourself a favor and stop by here if you have a chance!

12/15/23 update. Service didn’t want as usual. Love this place and the people more. See video- how tender can you actually smoke brisket? This ... is the answer. The taste is even better than the serving temp!! Most important part- customer service- was outstanding as always. Little gem of a place. When you walk in- you know the money is going to local tuition, an offering plate, and a group of families. Small business all the way. Good food!! Greens were perfectly spiced and cooked. Dem taters we’re yummy! Moist brisket cut, little on the chewy side, also, little short for me on the serving size, but for the price was a good value. The ribs were spot on as always. Nice black pepper rub.
